Local garage found fault 0926-gear box fault the gear does not engage Citroen garage found code P0925 gearbox fault gear not engaged. They reset the gearbox programming ECU. They did a roadtest but no fault - fault tends to happen after the engine has warmed up although now happens soon after starting.
It is a 2011 Grand Picasso, with 2.0l HDi engine and EGS robot gearchange. Has done under 80,000 km. Now stuck in gear - can't change back to neutral, so can't even try starting the engine. i have suggested he contacts Tim the mobile mechanic who has posted on here (Fenchiemech34 aka French car guru), but in the meantime - any suggestions?
Hi, I've got a C4 Picasso 1.6 HDi BMP 2008. Every time I power it up it displays "PARKING BRAKE FAULTY" and after a while "ESP / ASR FAULTY". Still everything works except for the automatic parking brake application and the service light is illuminated.

The car didn't start and on the car display appeared Gearbox fault: Have the vehicle repaired and Parking brake fault: Have the vehicle repaired. I called someone with a diagnostic tool (not Diagbox or Lexia) and he said there is no communication with the gearbox. Possible causes: broken wire or gearbox ECU faulty. All the fuses are OK.
